Upon receiving the degree in business administration (Dipl.-Betriebswirt, equivalent to MBA) I started my career in talent recruiting and leadership development at several German and international companies, including leadership roles.

In 2001 I transitioned to become a freelance consultant, extending my portfolio to coaching and team development with a one-year coaching training programme at RheinMain University of Applied Sciences. Through numerous relevant training programmes, I further enhanced my profile with a strong focus on organizational development and change management.

Complementing my freelance consultancy I accepted teaching roles at Hochschule RheinMain UAS and Fresenius UAS to share my knowledge and equip the next generation of talents.

With this diverse range of experience I strive for delivering value to my customers and helping to build excellence for their talents.
